Michael Arce, MD, Medical Director, and Chief Medical Officer of GEN REV. Dr. Arce's depth of experience as a physician in Emergency Medicine, Functional and Regenerative Medicine along with Sports & Athletic Performance gives patience the confidence they seek. Dr. Arce provides the highest level of skill and clinical expertise through compassionate care.
Dr. Arce attended the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed a residency and fellowship in Emergency Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Dr. Arce also pursued fellowship training in Functional Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging. Equipped to treat the most complicated disease states, he is passionate about preventative medicine and setting people free from disease and chronic ailments so they can walk in optimal health. He has seen countless people experience healing and transformation through the application of evidence-based medicine and the art of healing through faith.
A gifted educator, Dr. Michael empowers patients in their journey to overcome and thrive. As a husband and father, he adores and serves his family with faithfulness and deep love. Dr. Michael pioneers breakthrough approaches and believes that anything is possible!

Nicole Arce is a healthcare practice owner and integrative health practitioner specializing in functional nutrition and biofeedback. As CEO of GENREV Health, she brings together strategic leadership and clinical insight informed by her extensive education and background in conventional medicine, functional medicine, and collaborative clinical practice alongside physicians and multidisciplinary wellness teams. Through this work, Nicole has developed a distinct strength in patient advocacy, root-cause resolution and whole health activation.
Her approach to care is grounded in faith and science while honoring the individual story of each patient. Fueled by a conviction that healing is most effective through honoring the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—she is guided by clinical excellence and principled values shaped by faith. Nicole leads with honor and purpose, believing that compassion, truth, and stewardship are essential to meaningful and lasting health.
